Strawberry Jam is now available!
This batch is made from delicious, fresh-picked strawberries grown by Scott’s Strawberry and Tomato Farms in Unicoi, TN. Lucky for us, they set up a couple roadside stands nearby so we didn’t have to go far to collect our ingredients.
More than just strawberries grew this spring. Our small humans did some growing of their own… providing a whole new set of challenges to jam making.
Thankfully this guy was able to corral the beasts while the heat rose in the kitchen.
